This garage was leaning outwards on the right side. This took years to develop. Decades worth of caulking was crammed into this gap in an attempt to conceal the problem. From the street, it was quite clear that the garage was not right.

After adding piers along the side of the garage, we were able to apply uniform pressure to that side and bring it back to it's former position. This is just one example of what our services can achieve. Each home is different and needs a repair plan tailored specifically for that home.
